At the forefront of our venture, we envision a future where strategic partnerships unlock opportunities for growth. As an implementation expert, you will be entrusted with setting up clients on our proprietary software, paving the way for long-term success and fostering enduring relationships.
The Responsibilities- Establish key customer connections, driving loyalty through exceptional service delivery by providing timely and high-quality onboarding experiences as the primary interface post-sale.
- Migrate client data to our Carta Onboarding Spreadsheet in Excel while maintaining data integrity.
- Coordinate and oversee the inputs required from both clients and their law firms.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to equip clients with the skills necessary to utilize Carta Software effectively.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement, striving for greater efficiency and effectiveness in the onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and internal implementation leaders to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- A willingness to learn or existing experience with Mixmax, Talkdesk, and Guru.
- Strong project management and organizational skills – capable of managing multiple concurrent onboarding processes.
- Familiarity or ability to become familiar with Private Equity and Capitalization concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Adaptability and proactive approach to improving processes and team performance.
- Professional attitude, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues.
