About the Role:

This role will play a pivotal part in driving the NBA's growth and expansion in Latin America, spearheading sponsorship sales and marketing initiatives across Brazil, Mexico, and the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, attract, and secure high-profile partnerships that align with the NBA's brand values and business objectives.
  • BUILD and maintain robust relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, content, and digital marketing, to create integrated marketing campaigns that showcase partner brands and drive engagement.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in marketing or partnership development, preferably in a sports or entertainment industry. Strong networking skills, with a proven track record of securing high-profile partnerships. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
