**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated professional to support our banking and payment partnership strategy in Latin America. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the region's payments market, familiarity with local regulations, and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing banking relationships across Latin America, identifying and onboarding new card channels and payment partnerships, coordinating with regional banks and internal teams, researching and analyzing jurisdictional regulations, and preparing reports and documentation.

**Requirements:**

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is required. 3–5 years of experience in fintech or financial services is essential, along with familiarity with local market players, good understanding of payment systems, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and relationship management skills, fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, and English proficiency.
