Job Summary

The Executive Office Assistant plays a vital role in managing the daily organization of the General Manager's agenda, arranging meetings, travel plans, and facilitating business communications. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and strong verbal and written communication abilities. If you're a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for administrative support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the General Manager's schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle all correspondence in the Executive Office, maintaining confidentiality and high integrity.
  3. Facilitate business communications, including arranging meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.
  4. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

Requirements

  1. University Graduate
  2. At least 2 years of executive assistant experience
  3. Proficient in MS Office programs
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
