We're now looking for an associate-middle level Business Development Manager. This position is a full-time, remote position.

Your Challenges

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing local market distributors and retail channels, ensuring a well-structured channel layout and maintaining strong customer relationships;
  • Operating and managing the local market, preventing counterfeiting and price disruptions, and achieving performance targets;
  • Leading the company's product and brand localization campaign in the local market and organizing marketing activities;
  • Collecting and analyzing intelligence on competing products in the local market, staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments, and developing executable market development strategies and tactics;
  • Collaborating with all relevant departments to gather local market insights and provide a basis for back-end decisions.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 4 years of experience in Brazil market development, preferably with a sales background and resources related to consumer electronics, automotive accessories, solar panels, inverters, RV, mobile energy storage/home energy storage, outdoor camping, etc;
  • Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and good communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving skills, able to think independently and logically;
  • Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, and able to use English and Portuguese as working languages;
  • Open-minded and teamwork, great skills in communication.
