Business Development Manager (Sales Executive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BSI Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Meet individual assigned market revenue budget annual/monthly by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
