Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware issues as well as desktop applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
  • Perform on-site technical support activities at customer sites.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Three to four (3-4) years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification and knowledge of ticketing tools required.
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management systems, VDI, SCCM/LANDesk/Altiris, Skype for Business, OneDrive.
  • Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
