This position plays a pivotal role in driving hiring and talent acquisition efforts, supporting people operations and administrative processes at an international software development company.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for headhunting, people management, and administrative work.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to understand business requirements.
- Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must-haves: Fluency in English (spoken and written), residence in Florianópolis – SC, and interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience in administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, and soft skills such as proactivity and problem-solving mindset.
