We are seeking a skilled Clinical Project Support Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Projects: Organize and coordinate all project-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Create and update accurate project files, records, and reports according to established procedures.
  • Assist with Audits and Reviews: Collaborate with project teams to review and audit project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Communications: Arrange meetings, communicate project information, and track progress with project stakeholders.
  • Develop and Maintain Systems: Update and maintain internal systems, databases, and tracking tools to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences: A degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of prior relevant experience is typically required.
  • eCOA Management: Previous experience managing electronic clinical outcome assessments (eCOAs) would be beneficial.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: A results-driven approach to work delivery and output is necessary.
  • Planning and Time Management: Good planning, time management, and prioritization skills are essential for success.
