Accelerate Your Career We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. This role will focus on generating and closing new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts.
You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, while representing the company with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success will be measured by your ability to hit and exceed aggressive new client acquisition targets.
- Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using CRM software
- Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating the value proposition to potential clients
- Strong pipeline management skills and a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in Brasília
- Working proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
