Join Our Team as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive

The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a dedicated Senior Enterprise Account Executive to enhance our engagement with strategic enterprise clients in Brazil. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key customers, particularly within the oil and gas sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and cross-selling Red Hat's innovative solutions while expanding our footprint in these critical accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with account solutions architects and sales specialists to pinpoint essential projects for Red Hat's offerings.
  • Oversee the account planning process and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Establish trust with senior IT and business leaders in key accounts, cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Devise new strategies for our solutions within key accounts, facilitating proofs of concept and pilot projects.
  • Work in tandem with product, engineering, professional services, and support teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience with Red Hat's solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in field sales, specifically targeting strategic enterprise accounts, ideally in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven background in delivering intricate customer solutions in a fast-paced technology landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with clients to create solutions that surpass their business objectives.
  • Experience in consultative sales engagements with a major enterprise software firm or within the sales division of an enterprise software reseller.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset in a diverse offerings environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Strong balance of strategic and tactical capabilities.
  • Fluency in English.
