Revenue Operations Manager Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an analytical and execution-driven professional to oversee the revenue lifecycle across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops. This role involves ensuring alignment, efficiency, and growth through data-driven decisions, operational optimization, and seamless go-to-market execution.

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segment, partner with leadership to design and optimize lead-to-revenue processes, build dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools to monitor performance, and lead system and tooling enhancements (CRM, marketing automation, customer platforms).

This individual will identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives, create lead scoring, routing, and segmentation logic, design playbooks and workflows to enhance adoption and retention, and ensure governance, data hygiene, and operational rigor across platforms.
