ServiceNow Support Specialist

As a ServiceNow Support Agent, you will be part of a global team of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists who believe in each individual's potential to contribute with diverse ideas.

Your role will involve:
- Monitoring and handling incident tickets, as well as documenting results based on knowledge transfer sessions;
- First analysis of incoming incidents, qualification, and pre-clarification of the incident, understanding user requirements;
- Incident resolution, capable of explaining complex solutions in a user-friendly manner;
- Transfer of the incident to the next escalation level, involving DevOps Developer teams or interface providers when required;
- Creation of Backend and End-User Self-help Knowledge Articles for raised incidents to ensure better support on re-occurring incidents;
- Creating and running basic scripts to resolve incidents.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Advanced English skills, as you will be part of a global team;
- Good understanding of Incident and other ITSM processes, such as Problem and Knowledge Management;
- Previous work experience in ServiceNow ITSM environment (3+ years);
- Certifications in ServiceNow Fundamentals or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation V4.
