As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, and business development strategies. You will develop relationships with C-suite personas across multiple products, overseeing client relationship mapping and leading a broad virtual team. Your expertise in understanding customer IT roadmaps and advising on how ServiceNow can help will make you a trusted advisor to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model
  • Develop account strategies and lead across a broad virtual team
  • Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and ServiceNow's plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
