Business Development Expert for Brazil

Our organization is looking for an experienced Business Development Expert to lead our expansion efforts in the Brazilian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our presence in Brazil.
  • Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • Leverage existing contacts and onboard new partners to enhance our market penetration.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.
  • Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with another organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial instruments and regulatory frameworks.
  • Network: A strong book of clients and partners is essential.
  • Sales & BD Expertise: Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Head or Country Manager.
  • Established reputation in the industry.
  • An existing team or network that can be mobilized quickly.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian market and be able to leverage their network to drive business growth. They will also have excellent leadership skills and be able to build and manage a high-performing team.
