Job Title: HRBP Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the local Brazil leadership team to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on business drivers, current and long-term strategy, and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
  • Lead and collaborate on building capability and workforce strategies to improve business performance, including talent management, performance management, and compensation.
  • Identify business needs and support the organization by implementing people-oriented programs that positively impact business units.
  • Navigate complex situations, environments, and team dynamics, including reorganizations and change management.
  • Take a data-driven approach to all HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with different areas, managers, and leaders at all levels in a business partner role at a high-pace company.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation and influence to managers and employees on issues regarding staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects and connect initiatives to higher strategy and context.
  • Ability to question the status quo and work with the leadership team to define new solutions.
