Position Responsibilities

Microsoft Partner Program Management

  • Manage and oversee various programs within the Partner Center, including contract templating and management, special programs project management, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Partner Center.
  • Distill, digest, and interpret new Microsoft Partner Programs that AdaQuest could participate in and drive the attainment of the eligibility requirements while discussing with Sales/Ops the shape and form for monetizing the participation in those programs until the program is fully operationalized in AdaQuest.
  • Monitor the Solution designations and Advanced Specializations Requirements, ensuring that AdaQuest does not lose any critical ones for current programs eligibility while investigating and driving new ones.
  • This includes all skilling, performance, and reference requirements.
  • Actively participate in Microsoft Program calls to capture the latest updates and changes, and effectively communicate these updates to relevant stakeholders who are involved in the program.

Contract Creation and Template Management

  • Contract Creation and Support: Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand their service requirements and support the creation of contracts tailored to specific needs.
  • Template Development and Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of contract templates for various service offerings, ensuring that they are up-to-date, compliant with legal standards, and aligned with company policies.
  • Contract Review and Quality Assurance: Review all contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Identify any discrepancies or necessary changes and implement them promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current contract templates and processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Change Management: Track changes to contracts and ensure that any required updates are consistently applied across all templates moving forward.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, sales, and operations teams, to ensure contract terms align with company objectives and standards.

Requirements

  • Advance user of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 3 years of Project or Program Management Experience.
  • Minimum 1+ years of Microsoft Partner Program Experience.
  • Languages: English and Portuguese REQUIRED.
  • Spanish is a plus.
