
Marketing Leader for Partner Growth

A Trade Marketing Manager will lead initiatives to bring our brand to life inside partner locations and across customer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to increase restaurant readiness, online engagement, and promotions.
- Design scalable programs for restaurant onboarding, trade dress, visibility materials, and brand compliance.
- Own the creation and deployment of POS materials, merchandising guidelines, and toolkits to elevate our presence at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Commercial, and Restaurant Marketing teams to plan and activate local trade campaigns aligned with city operations and revenue goals.
- Lead the development of training and engagement platforms for restaurants, including courses, loyalty programs, and benefit initiatives.
- Track adoption and execution of trade marketing initiatives, generating insights to continuously optimize impact.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or retail marketing roles – ideally in food service, consumer goods, or tech marketplaces.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of executing high-impact trade initiatives at scale.
- Experience working closely with commercial teams to drive adoption and performance in partner networks.
- Knowledge of how to measure trade marketing effectiveness and optimize investments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
