As a vital contributor to our Commercial Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable insights for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Innovation: Drive opportunities for innovation and propose new approaches with cross-functional partners.
- Support: Assist in constructing launch thresholds and tracking pre-launch activities.
- Target Setting: Translate business needs into targets for the sales team.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Foster strong relationships with the sales team and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
- Focused on Results: Monitor and report performance metrics.
- Resourceful and Scrappy: Take ownership of growth initiatives and support service enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- 4+ years of experience using data to inform business decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated record of owning and leading initiatives and projects.
- Advanced level of English, MS Excel, and SQL or Python.
- Previous experience with CRM B2B structuring and commercial planning is desirable.
