Sales Planning Senior Analyst Role

As a vital contributor to our Commercial Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable insights for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Innovation: Drive opportunities for innovation and propose new approaches with cross-functional partners.
  • Support: Assist in constructing launch thresholds and tracking pre-launch activities.
  • Target Setting: Translate business needs into targets for the sales team.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Foster strong relationships with the sales team and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Focused on Results: Monitor and report performance metrics.
  • Resourceful and Scrappy: Take ownership of growth initiatives and support service enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience using data to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated record of owning and leading initiatives and projects.
  • Advanced level of English, MS Excel, and SQL or Python.
  • Previous experience with CRM B2B structuring and commercial planning is desirable.
