Freelance Logistics Operations Coordinator

Our team is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Analyst to play a key role in our operational success.
This role will focus on analyzing data, ensuring process quality and supporting decisions that drive logistical efficiency. We are looking for someone with experience in transportation and logistics, strong analytical reasoning and proficiency with spreadsheets and communication with partners.
Responsibilities of this role may include:
- Consolidating operational information into control spreadsheets;
- Performing validations and sending closures to carriers within deadlines;
- Verifying invoices, delivery proofs and operational parameters;
- Addressing partner questions and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
Key Performance Areas:
- Managing Delays / Delivery Performance;
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience with logistics, transportation, deliveries or logistics operators;
- Good analytical skills and data organization;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, formulas, data organization);
- Good communication skills for interacting with various areas and external partners.
This position is onsite in Osasco/SP and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working towards making a positive impact in society through efficient logistics solutions.
