Job Summary:

The primary goal of this role is to effectively manage and operate high-availability data centers using a variety of technologies such as VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing procedures for Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), applying patches, and monitoring infrastructure health indicators.

Main responsibilities include managing multiple devices and applications using Zabbix, Grafana, Power BI, and Tableau. The professional will also be accountable for executing runbooks according to incident events and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key skills required include knowledge of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Python, Java, .Net, Elastic Stack, Kibana, and Selenium. PowerShell experience is highly desirable.

The professional shall verify compatibility matrices with all connected devices and storage whenever requested to update drivers or firmware of the server. Monitoring in large-scale activities with prior request and scheduling by the contractor is also mandatory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements at the Administrative Level
  • Provide solutions using remote management tools
  • Responsible for maintaining communication between storage and server, generating instances to maintain security and availability of the environment
