Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to provide hardware and software support for our clients across various industries.

This role requires the ability to conduct diagnostics in critical environments, maintain computers, printers, and structured cabling, and ensure timely completion of SLAs and maintain all records in evidence-based tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot complex problems
  • Maintain computer systems, printers, and structured cabling
  • Ensure timely completion of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Operating Systems and Networks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
  • Knowledge of installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, storages, and switches
  • Excellent organizational, methodical, negotiation, and communication skills
