As a Brazil Sales Development Representative, you will be part of a highly dynamic and global team that is shaping the future of language learning. You will play a critical role in developing our Brazilian market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings. Your expertise in B2B sales will enable you to understand prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization. Your consultative skills will help you build strong relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts. You will work collaboratively with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals. Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts and grow your career in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop our Brazilian market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
• Qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
• Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
• Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.
• Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, and similar).
• Good to have SaaS and international experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
• Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
• Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.
• BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
• Native level of Portuguese is a must, and advanced level of English is preferred.
