Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Specialist to spearhead our customer development initiatives. As a key ambassador, you will foster strong relationships with partners, drive marketing strategies, and boost sales through effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement commercial plans and ensure the correct execution of our sales strategy at the point of sale.
  • Proactively understand customer needs and recommend solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor territory performance and promote regular meetings with stakeholders.
  • Plan and organize administrative activities, including inventory management, and promotional quota.
  • Ensure compliance with our credit policies and conduct field visits to monitor planned activities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and analyze information generated through tools to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in sales in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with Google, Office, IQVIA, Neogrid, and Nielsen tools.
  • Data analysis and insights generation.
  • Availability to travel.
