Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Specialist to spearhead our customer development initiatives. As a key ambassador, you will foster strong relationships with partners, drive marketing strategies, and boost sales through effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement commercial plans and ensure the correct execution of our sales strategy at the point of sale.
- Proactively understand customer needs and recommend solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor territory performance and promote regular meetings with stakeholders.
- Plan and organize administrative activities, including inventory management, and promotional quota.
- Ensure compliance with our credit policies and conduct field visits to monitor planned activities.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and analyze information generated through tools to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in sales in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with Google, Office, IQVIA, Neogrid, and Nielsen tools.
- Data analysis and insights generation.
- Availability to travel.
