Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist

About the Role:
You will be the key to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth transportation of orders. As a Customer Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and supervise the transport of cargo to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor the operational performance of all involved parties and report any issues that may occur.
- Review and ensure that any KPIs agreed with the customer are met.
- Participate in training to develop yourself and your knowledge.
- Execute the business in line with rates given by, ensuring profit maximization.
- Manage GP planning and maintain an accurate level of data quality.
- Proactive engagement with other teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Foster a can-do spirit to build a solution-orientated team.
- Review daily operational reports and action all required activities.
- Safety first mindset and report all Unsafe Acts/Conditions and incidents.
About You:
We are looking for a Logistics or Supply Chain area related University Degree holder with experience in customer care (end-to-end process) and relevant experience in Project Logistics. You should have English knowledge (written and speaking) and good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
