Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a team committed to excellence?

We are seeking a Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our team in Lapa/SP. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our service standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality monitoring to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to agents.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements in care processes.
  • Stay up to date on quality monitoring best practices and market trends.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Monitor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
  • Experience with Social Media preferred to ensure a comprehensive approach.
  • Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators and familiarity with quality methodologies.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
  • Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
