Customer Service Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our team in Lapa/SP. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our service standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality monitoring to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements in care processes.
- Stay up to date on quality monitoring best practices and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Monitor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
- Experience with Social Media preferred to ensure a comprehensive approach.
- Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators and familiarity with quality methodologies.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
- Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
- Advanced or fluent English.
