We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Director for Latin America to join our team at EveryMatrix. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Latin America, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Oversee the recruitment and management of a commercial team handling the Latin American market, ensuring effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize key markets and states for entry, conducting thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement a go-to-market plan for Latin America, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
- Manage the license process and regulatory introductions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
- Oversee due diligence and regulatory barriers of entry, providing recommendations to senior management on business opportunities and risks.
- Present key market insights and recommendations to senior management, informing business decisions and strategy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Latin America office, ensuring a smoothly functioning and efficient organization.
- Liaise with the global infrastructure department to ensure technological purchases align with business requirements.
- Assure a work environment that recruits, retains, and supports quality staff, recommending staffing and budgeting to management and HR.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the B2B iGaming industry.
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
