About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Director for Latin America to join our team at EveryMatrix. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for Latin America, driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Latin America, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Oversee the recruitment and management of a commercial team handling the Latin American market, ensuring effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets and states for entry, conducting thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market plan for Latin America, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
  • Manage the license process and regulatory introductions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • Oversee due diligence and regulatory barriers of entry, providing recommendations to senior management on business opportunities and risks.
  • Present key market insights and recommendations to senior management, informing business decisions and strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Latin America office, ensuring a smoothly functioning and efficient organization.
  • Liaise with the global infrastructure department to ensure technological purchases align with business requirements.
  • Assure a work environment that recruits, retains, and supports quality staff, recommending staffing and budgeting to management and HR.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the B2B iGaming industry.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Goal-driven, action-oriented, and innovative.
  • Self-starter, self-learner, and team player.
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in people management and administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management.
