About the Role:As a key member of our organization, you'll be working closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to develop the expansion of our business. This will involve building strong internal and external networks to enhance growth and reputation in the GL insurance market.
- Risk analysis and underwriting will be your main focus, including assessing clients' background information and rating scores;
- Data collection and streamlining will also be essential for your role;
- You'll support senior members and stakeholders by providing data-driven insights and maintaining databases and data pipelines;
- Familiarity with applicable insurance laws and regulations is a must;
- Providing training to sales teams across the country will be another crucial aspect of this position.
We're looking for an ambitious and energetic professional who can drive new solutions and ways of working. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are all essential for success in this role.
Essentials:- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Law is required;
- A minimum of three years' experience in the insurance industry is necessary;
- Proven GL insurance underwriting experience is a must;
- Hands-on experience in product development is highly desirable;
- English proficiency is essential for effective communication.
- A Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law would be beneficial;
