Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the local market intelligence lead – reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors.
  • Team Management: Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates)
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset

You will be a key player in driving business growth and expansion in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and exceed targets.
