Clinical Scientist Position

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Scientist to lead our research efforts in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non-drug interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent, with researcher/PhD experience and previous clinical experience working with central nervous system (CNS) trials. They will also have an advanced level of English and be based in Latin America.

Our team focuses on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients through the application of broad consulting expertise and technical scientific knowledge to design scientifically rigorous research. This research includes qualitative, quantitative and passive approaches to understand patient, caregiver and healthcare professional experiences and expectations of disease and treatment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct scientifically rigorous research to understand patient, caregiver and healthcare professional experiences and expectations of disease and treatment.
  • Work with clients to identify research needs and develop research plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement research studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent.
  • Researcher/PhD experience.
  • Previous clinical experience working with CNS trials preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
