Key Position: Country Director

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Country Director.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations in the region, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • As a seasoned sales leader, you will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to convert leads into customers and creating sales materials to support the process.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to drive initiatives that acquire new business and represent the company at trade shows and events.

  • Candidate Profile:
  • Native/fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (at least B2), both written and spoken.
  • Extensive network of C-level contacts in the gaming or gambling industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales/account management or commercial B2C roles.
  • Experience creating and executing regional or global sales strategies.
  • Solid marketing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and pressure-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and focused on financial performance.
  • Skilled at building relationships and negotiating beneficial deals.
