Role Objective:

Enhance Quectel's market presence in the Latin American region for Short Range, Smart Modules, PCBA, and ODM project product lines. This will be achieved through comprehensive market analysis, acquisition of new verticals and customers, and providing support to Regional Sales Managers to integrate these product lines into the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product updates, training sessions, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor account designs within the product lines across the regional sales funnel.
  • Educate our sales teams and representative firms/distributors on product offerings and track potential opportunities.
  • Compile a monthly report for LATAM discussions covering leads, technical evaluations, meeting agendas, and roadmap discussions.
  • Initiate and schedule roadmap meetings to align strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and ensure the accuracy of information within the organization.
  • Attend trade shows to network and gather contact information from accounts utilizing cellular modules.
