A strategic leader is needed to drive business growth and organizational development in Latin America. This individual will translate business needs into effective solutions, leveraging talent development strategies to address capabilities gaps and drive business outcomes.
About this OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to develop and execute comprehensive talent management plans that support the company's overall business strategy. This includes leading organizational development initiatives, managing talent review cycles, and overseeing succession planning to ensure business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with business objectives and address key performance gaps.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR business partners to establish strategic goals, processes, and solutions for the company.
- Manage talent review cycles, ensuring timely and effective development actions are taken.
- Oversee succession planning, ensuring adequate talent pipelines are in place to meet business needs.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and work with HRBPs to develop action plans that drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with high proficiency at a business level.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent development, HR, or learning administration.
- Strong influencing skills across functions and regions.
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
