IT Support Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support and assistance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network monitoring and escalation of issues based on severity
  • Troubleshooting and configuration of network hardware and devices
  • Analysis and resolution of functional problems using feasible techniques and requirements
  • Utilization of network management tools to monitor and report health statistics of WAN/LAN
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in laptop imaging, basic IP troubleshooting, and user account creation
  • Ability to add and remove computers from a Microsoft domain environment
  • Experience with Windows systems administration, virtualization technologies, and printer troubleshooting
