Job Title: Prospecting and Business Development Associate
We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Prospect and Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
Required Skills:
  • Become familiar with the product portfolios of various companies and develop a deep understanding of their offerings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Develop outreach strategies for new lead generation methods and collaborate with sales teams to create innovative ideas.
  • Support sales colleagues on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement lead-generation strategies.
  • Assist sales colleagues with responding to client support requests.
  • Track all client interactions in CRM software and provide reporting metrics to sales leaders.
  • Provide internal and external clients with timely assistance as required to help build and cultivate prospect relationships in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Help drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs in partnership with the Marketing function.
