Job Title: Sales Manager - Brazil

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales plan for the region: Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and track and analyze sales performance.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage the sales process and close customer sales: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Effectively communicate sales region performance: Provide regular sales performance updates to senior management, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with Marketing and direct sales efforts to establish and maintain a sales pipeline: Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns, and work with direct sales teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of key customer programs: Monitor and analyze customer program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the RBU team, and between RBU Sales and Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Portuguese: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
