Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO to identify, pursue, and close deals of all sizes and types. If you are a self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Brazil.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  2. Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and sales landscape.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  5. Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  6. Experience with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
