
Chief Revenue Performance Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Perform revenue recognition processes from contract inception through general ledger reconciliation for assigned client portfolios.
- Understand, improve, and manage contract approval processes from proposal through signature.
- Ensure month-end closing tasks, journal entries, and reconciliations for assigned clients are completed accurately.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, including variance analysis.
- Support external and internal audit processes.
- Prepare and maintain deferred cost analysis and client margin analysis.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior public accounting combined with industry experience is preferred.
- Experience working together with sales, finance, and operational teams to forecast financial results and revenue recognition treatment.
- Familiarity with US GAAP (ASC 606) and IFRS (IFRS 15) revenue recognition rules is essential.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Availability to work from office on Hybrid mode (São Paulo or Campinas offices).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
