About the Role:
- This position requires exceptional customer service skills, providing support to clients through various communication channels.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Activate products and services sold by various sales channels, following established procedures and protocols.
- Record all client interactions in a designated system or third-party software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; higher education or technical degree is preferred.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Desirable: knowledge of customer service and communication techniques.
- Must reside in Campinas or surrounding areas.
