Job Title: Digital Media Account Manager

NBCUniversal is a leading entertainment company that provides programming to the US and international marketplaces. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Account Manager to join our International Television division.

Job Summary:

The Digital Media Account Manager will be responsible for managing key transactional new media customers, maximizing revenue across all windows, including new release and library content for both film and TV series. This role will work closely with the International Digital Distribution team to grow distribution in international markets, including managing on-going customer relationships to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with local transactional clients in Brazil and Latam
  • Track delivery of new release content to ensure timely launches and optimal pricing
  • Provide recommendations to clients for key promotions linked to new releases, themes, seasons, genres, and actors
  • Coordinate the launch of bundles and pre-orders
  • Creation and management of quarterly slate and product presentations to local retailers
  • Perform title and pricing audits across key retailers (iTunes, Amazon, etc.)
  • Work closely with Sr Manager and VP of AM and relevant teams to implement the International AM Strategy and product priorities
  • Manage windows and implement PVOD/PEST for 2024 titles in BR/MX
  • Work collaboratively across business units to maximize revenue for NBCU
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the business of entertainment and digital media
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of driving revenue
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication, coordination skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
  • Experience in building and maintaining key multi-territory customer relationships
  • Ability to handle short deadlines and multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience at a studio, label, or digital store
  • Previous experience in an account management, business development, strategy, finance, or marketing role
  • International experience
