Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Lead the charge in driving digital product strategy and programs that enrich and enable new digital experiences. Develop capabilities that inform and deliver innovative digital solutions.

  • Drive market and competitive analysis to inform digital product innovation.
  • Guide the marketing team around the vision and feature priorities for the region.
  • Work with global marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs/requirements for the global digital marketing product roadmap.
  • Manage product lifecycle including development of features, deployment of roadmaps, and measurement of adoption.
  • Establish tradeoffs between internal development and business partnerships.
  • Create and prioritize a digital marketing product backlog to streamline execution of objectives.
  • Maximize the value of digital marketing products over their lifecycle by defining and owning capabilities ROI.

We're seeking an individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and/or eCommerce. A bachelor's degree in IT or a business discipline is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related experience and be able to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for digital marketing.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a business discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience in sales, marketing, and/or eCommerce.
  • Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for digital marketing.
  • Experience with cost/benefit analysis.
  • Certified Product Owner (preferred).
