**Innovative Application Engineer**
Henkel seeks an Application Engineer to support our global operations in Latin America.

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions on product-related performance complaints;
- Providing technical resources and assessments to the market while supporting key projects and programs;
- Completing customer technical request testing and reporting within our database, including 'customer-ready' reports;
- Running and maintaining laboratory equipment, leading/supporting ongoing standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods;
- Supporting internal and external technical requests and projects;
- Documenting lab activities and generating customer-facing reports for field sales, marketing, product development, and innovation teams;

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in metal packaging and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with knowledge of Minitab and laboratory skills being a plus.
