Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new customer opportunities through sales and technical assistance.

You will provide clear articulation of Cohesity technology to both business and technical users, enabling customers to integrate our products into their production environments. Additionally, you will respond to customer and partner requests for information and proposals.

  • Develop the expertise to lead the secondary storage technology strategy for our largest customers and partners.
  • Communicate Cohesity's vision by developing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
  • Identify customer needs to implement proofs of concept that highlight the technology and the value we deliver.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5 years of proven success in a customer-facing, pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions.
  • Experience selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
  • Experience working with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals.
  • Strong presenter of technical and business material to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
About This Opportunity

This is a full-time position that requires travel as needed. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work remotely and autonomously.
