The customer success team is responsible for managing and supervising all services and demands to ensure customer happiness and retention, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.
Supports small to large-sized field, major, or channel accounts on post-sale support items issues and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sale support to customers addressing various issues and facilitate onboarding processes
- Manage and supervise all services and demands to optimize customer satisfaction and retention
- Evaluate and enhance customer experience
