About this role

We're looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our North American client's engineering team.

You will be responsible for elevating their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.

This will involve building automation-first solutions to support the client's growing customer base, as well as providing support to existing agents and applications.

  • Required skills:
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience working independently and remotely.
  • Experience building AI agents and integrating with AI APIs.
  • Experience building end-to-end applications with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.
  • Experience with REST APIs and system connectivity.

  • Background in customer support teams or technical operations roles.
