Business Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing lead registration, conducting market research and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze lead registration to identify opportunities and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Update lead information with relevant details such as contact name and email.
  • Maintain a daily activity schedule to track hot opportunities and access the list in the CRM system.
  • Direct demand to the sales sector with proper registration in the database.
  • Handle inbound calls and maintain a high level of customer service delivery.
  • Seek new business opportunities through established networks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in both inbound and outbound customer service is desirable.
