Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Content Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in helping sales and customer success managers stay informed about KnowBe4's compliance content library. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a deep understanding of compliance content, and expertise in implementing compliance training programs within the Latin American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct quarterly market analysis for compliance content and products, providing insights to courseware and marketing teams.
  • Content Review: Perform monthly reviews of new content and updates to recommended training content documentation for US and international clients.
  • Best Practices: Review and communicate top used and rated modules, as well as best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using KnowBe4's Compliance Plus content.
  • Policies and Procedures: Make recommendations on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Feedback: Review quarterly customer feedback regarding topics and quality of content, and communicate this feedback to publishers to inform roadmaps.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff and contractors on content localization and production.
  • Compliance Updates: Stay attuned to compliance law updates and cultural expectations of content globally, as well as translations available for customers.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continual improvement of our processes, quality, and efficiency as we grow.
  • Internal Compliance: Provide direction and recommendations for internal compliance training initiatives.
  • Marketing Materials: Review marketing materials and provide direction and recommendations for content and copy.
  • Compliance Content Maintenance: Consult on processes and procedures related to the maintenance of compliance content to ensure it remains up-to-date with current law.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Law/Paralegal, or related field/experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience with compliance training a plus.
  • Experience working in a compliance department a plus.
  • Experience with development and updating documentation.
  • Experience advising clients on learning plans.
  • Experience with translations a plus.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service and needs analysis skills.
