- The ideal candidate will own demand forecasts, partner with stakeholders, and implement proactive, insight-driven planning approaches to improve forecast accuracy.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
- Hands-on experience with S&OP process design, forecasting techniques, and cross-functional planning.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning software.
