Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partner Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing existing partners in RLA (Rest of Latin America - all countries but Brazil and Mexico).

You will be the sales expert for indirect sales of SUSE products and solutions, responsible for partner management, sales enablement, and business development. Your primary focus will be on building trusted advisor relationships with our partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing partners in RLA, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota targets for SUSE Linux Enterprise and Rancher solution products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving joint business planning.
  • Collaborate with the SUSE Sales Team to maximize revenue and market impact.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement programs to support partner sales forces.
Requirements
  • University degree in a business-related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional channel sales experience, preferably in IT/Data Center sales.
  • Strong skills and experience in managing and developing existing partners, including experience working with partner sales forces.
  • IT industry background, with understanding of operations and internal processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent SUSE on CxO level.
  • Highly motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication skills (including English, spoken and written).
