- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology solutions and industry trends.
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support.
- Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Working knowledge of querying languages like SQL or JavaScript.
- Experience with data warehouses (Google Big Query is a plus).
- Experience with ticketing and tracking systems (JIRA and Salesforce are ideal).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Good communication skills in French, Spanish, Italian, or German (minimum upper B2).
- Remote work arrangement with occasional meetups in Sao Paulo.
- 30 calendar days of annual leave.
